
At the Fibonacci.

Great time with good friends in Soller surrounded by a beautiful orange and lemon orchard. We made bitter orange marmalade with freshly picked oranges from the orchard. We only used the fruits, some lemon juice and zest, water and sugar, and some vanilla pods. No need for gelatin nor agar agar, the pectin was provided by the fruit seeds kept in tea bag papers and cooked with the fruits. And the result is absolutely delicious.
